  1. Wait. You mean people still use NEWSPAPERS to find job. 😉

No wonder we have problems with the employment rate.

  3. Good god! All that money spent to hire lawyers to advise you how to save a couple of bucks hiring Mexicans. Maybe we should just legalize an employer’s ability to let the wage rise and fall out in the open, and subject it to market forces — which is what’s happening anyway, apparently. You save all that scratch on lawyers. But lawyers won’t have any of that, no doubt.

  5. My very smart social media online friend. The cynicism which has simmered for a decade in the US is now being vented through social media.

This video is one small example of the thousands of cases of hypocrisy that light the long fuse of frustration.

There are many factors at play here including, lack of political leadership, citizens not acknowledging aspects of capitalism that are tough for some to accept, and failure to adapt to change.

My friend you have a can opener in your hands and used it with this post. Hello worms, which one do we want to talk about next?

    all the best.

  7. > Maybe we should just legalize an employer’s ability to let the wage rise and fall out in the open, and subject it to market forces

Or we could maybe recognize that H-1B visas are a scam and are used to artificially depress American wages. With organized, legalized chicanery like this going on, is it any wonder our economy is circling the drain?

  9. This reminds me when, as a recruiter working in the semiconductor industry, these companies supposedly couldn’t get enough design engineers to fill their positions. So, guess where most of them came from?

They cried to our fearless leaders in Congress to up the quotas on H1’s so they could get even more of them.

That was 10 years ago. Seems like today the tactics are a bit different but the game is the same.

  11. On one hand, I’m glad I work in an industry where Americans are still the prime worker: Entertainment.

On the other, if I don’t earn a real living soon, I may need to quit and get some other job. And this is what I will be up against.
